

Photo by Louis des Tombe in 2007 in Suriname. The nest of this coastal bird is made of plant fibers and has its entrance at the top, as you see in the picture below of a bird flying from its nest (made by Pascal Dubois in French Guyane 2002). It is often seen in the mangroves.
